4th Design Trigger Aluminum iPhone 5 Bumper Case Review

4th Design's Blade 5 for the iPhone 5 was arguably a shaky new iteration of the once notorious Blade bumper for the first generation iPhone 4. We thought 4th Design later redeemed itself with the release of the T-type 3, a clean-cut aluminum bumper with a big emphasis on minimalist styling. And now, it appears as though the company has lost all of its marbles by releasing yet another aluminum machined bumper case called the Trigger. Forget about the words like 'simplistic' and 'Apple-esque' - the Trigger is one gaudy-looking, overly masculine piece of an outdoorsy fashion statement of sorts. Can it punch nails into wood? Does it open up beer bottles and turn into brass knuckles? You're about to find out in our full review down below!

4th Design Tripod Grip 5787 Mount Review

The Glif's minimalist design and easy-to-use functionality made it one of our all-time favorite iPhone 4/S and iPhone 5 tripod mounts. While it continues on to dominate the smartphone tripod mount market, it's severely limited by its compatibilities. There's an underrated tripod mount that we've finally got our hands on after being available for quite some time now. 4th Design is widely known for producing aluminum bumper cases for the iPhone, but what it also has up its CNC machined sleeve is the Tripod Grip 5787. It's a highly versatile tripod mount that isn't anyone's fanboy. How it stacks up against existing tripod mounts? Find out down below!

4th Design T-type 3 Aluminum iPhone 5 Bumper Case Review

Premium cases made out of the sought after 13th element can end up costing you a small fortune, and for that exact reason these type of accessories must provoke excellence. We weren't entirely thrilled with how 4th Design's Blade 5 bumper case for the iPhone 5 turned out compared to its predecessor. Fortunately, 4th Design is back with another offering and this time it's playing it simple. Or should we say safe? Because the new T-type 3 is the same T-type bumper case we've reviewed for the iPhone 4S apart from a few design enhancements and careful polishing. Unlike the Blade 5, the T-type 3 bumper brings back the likable creature comforts in a minimalist design. Our full review awaits!

4th Design Blade 5 Aluminum iPhone 5 Bumper Review

Tiger Design, now called 4th Design, struck gold when it first released the Blade bumper for the iPhone 4. The Blade was a one-of-a-kind CNC machined metal bumper that felt and looked like a well oiled weapon more than the simple protective accessory it really was behind all the tough metal armor. And that's a case in point that Korean design can be unique. 4th Design's newly released Blade 5 is yet another aluminum bumper continuation of epic street cred proportions. It is a heat seeking missile homing in on iPhone 5 users and their deep pockets. We managed to get our hands on the Blade 5 before its official debut, and boy we so excited. So be sure to check out the full in-depth review down below to see how it stacks up against the Japanese Draco 5 rival.

4th Design T-type 1 Aluminum Bumper for iPhone 4/S Review

I love the feel of a metal case on my iPhone. So much so, that I’ve really focused in on that area (metal/metal hybrid cases) for most of my reviews over the past year or so. One negative characteristic of metal iPhone cases up to this point however, has been that most all of them use multiple tiny screws to fasten the case around the phone. If you’ve ever dealt with any of these cases’ screws, you know how irritating it can be to get everything lined up, held in place, and start these ridiculously small screws (without dropping them!) just to attach the case. 4th Design's latest all aluminum case, the T-type 1 Metal Case, looks to solve this issue of dealing with tiny fasteners. 4th Design, also known as Tiger Design, are the makers of the Blade Aluminum iPhone 4 Bumper Case that we had the pleasure to review in the past. So, how does this new T-type 1 perform? Read on past the jump to find out!

4th Design is known for its one of a kind CNC machined aluminum cases and accessories for Apple's portable gadgets. Even ElementCase, thought to be the current market leader when it comes to aluminum cases, hasn't even though about creating an aluminum bumper for the iPad 2. The demand for metal bumper cases has been tremendous for the iPhone 4, with many of them priced well over $100. 4th Design's iPad 2 aluminum bumper may not come cheap at $119, but it does present itself as a premium luxury item some may find really attractive. 4th Design M2 Aluminum Case for iPhone 4 Review

Get ready to meet the M2 by 4th Design. The same company that has brought us one of the most wanted aluminum bumper cases for the iPhone 4, the Blade. The Blade bumper was designed by Tiger Design, which just so happen to have started a new brand called 4th Design in order to produce something different. The M2 is the finished product, a full CNC machined aluminum case for the iPhone 4 that like its younger brother, could very well be a case Optimus Prime would use himself. Designed deep within Korea, this is one spectacular aluminum case which may very well be the next best thing to the Blade bumper. Does the M2 tickle your aluminum fancy?
