Jawbone, the makers of the most stylish and popular Bluetooth headsets around have finally come out with a wireless Bluetooth portable speaker for listening to music and what would this thing be without being a speakerphone too. All of this jammed into a small, perfectly portable speaker. There are quite a few amazing things about the Jambox that I'll get into in the full review right after the cut.
The Nuforce uDAC-2 is a portable high-performance USB DAC meaning Digital Analog Converter as well as a headphone amp all together in a tiny package. When I say portable I mean it's tiny enough to be portable but you cannot use it with your iPod on the go because the uDAC-2 does require USB power and does not have any batteries making it the best friend your laptop can have and saving you some desk space. Could there be any other headphones more hip than these Urbanears Plattan headphones? I didn't think so. The Urbanears Plattan headphones come in a slew of single tone colors and a simplistic design. Urbanears made sure to make your favorite colored headphones and have more than 15 colors for you to choose from. Having your favorite colored headphones is one thing but listening to your music should be more important. The Denon AH-D510R are over-ear closed headphones with a 3-button remote and mic made to be used with iPhone, iPod and iPad. The D510R are priced at $99.99 and are one of Denon's affordable headphone offerings. It's no surprise that Denon specialize in audio products so my hopes were high for the D510R and that they would without a doubt sound great. Right out of the box? Not so good. The Twelve South Compass is one of the most portable iPad stand available. Unlike the BookArc stand I reviewed from Twelve South, the Compass allows you to fully interact with your iPad in all it's modes. Just like any product made by Twelve South, the Compass looks stunningly beautiful even when it's sitting it it's packaging. The Compass is made out of metal and has a pretty hefty weight to it though still very portable since it has a foldable design that helps keep it slim yet very sturdy.
